Youth Camps

Beginning June 1, 2006, new regulations from the Texas Department of State Health Services for Texas Camps became effective. The state now requires Sexual Abuse Awareness Training from a state approved provider for all Camp staff members and volunteers.

Abuse Prevention System’s Child Sexual Abuse Awareness Training has been approved by the Texas Department of State Health Services, as required by the Texas Youth Camp Act (Chapter 141 of the Health and Safety Code).
